At Smart Home Supplies we pride ourselves on our service. All orders, for UK delivery, received before 1pm will be despacthed on a 1-2 day delivery using FedEx UK.

All UK orders will have a delivery charge of £8.69 plus VAT (£9.99 incl. VAT).

RETURNS

At Smart Home Supplies you have the right to cancel your order from the date the order is placed to 7 days after the date the goods are received.

Your right to cancel means that if, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within this period to cancel your order. In the event that you cancel an order before the item(s) have been despatched to you, we will give you a full refund of any monies paid within 30 days of receipt of notification from you that you wish to cancel your order. In the event that you cancel an order after the item(s) have been despatched to you we will give you a full refund, excluding postage and packing charges, within 30 days of your having returned (at your cost) the item(s) to us in an unused re-saleable condition. If the items returned are deemed to be un-saleable, they will be returned to you and the cost of this deducted from you refund.

Smart Home Supplies offer the Standard Manufacturers Warranty, on all products, from the date of invoice. These warranties protect you against manufacturing defects and workmanship, providing the item has not been misused, disassembled or otherwise altered. Any faulty item should be returned to us for replacement or a full refund of the original purchase price. Please note that proof of purchase is required.

Any refund in relation to a credit card order will be in the form of a credit to the credit card account used for the original purchase.

These terms and conditions are not intended to prejudice your statutory rights and shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with English law.

Product Return Details Before sending any items back to us you will need to contact us to be issued a returns number. We will only accept items that have a vaild returns number.
